• login to WHM
• Click "Terminate Account" under Account Functions
• Select the Account(s) you wish to delete
• Click on "Remove Selected Account" at the top left
• The selected accounts will be deleted.

Note that once you click on the "Terminate Account" button, it is NOT reversible
