This tutorial will help you find your way around connect to your hosting account via FTP.
Kindly follow these steps to connect:

1. Download FTP client software, we will be using FileZilla in this case
2. Install FileZilla on your PC
3. Run FileZilla 

Connecting to your account;
Use braven.onenetservers.net as host.
Username is your hosting username which is the same as your Cpanel username e.g 'yourdoma'
The password is your Cpanel password provisioned when you order your account with us.
Port, usually this is 21

Now you can connect to your account via FTP.
